Spiced Whipped Feta Dip

INGREDIENTS
- 8 oz block feta cheese, crumbled
- ¾ cup plain Greek yogurt or ricotta cheese
- 1 tbsp Arbequina or Koroneiki extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tbsp Habanero Infused olive oil
- 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 clove garlic, minced (optional)
- Honey (optional)
- Chili peppers, diced or red chili flakes (optional)
DIRECTIONS
1. Prepare the whipped feta. In a food processor, combine the crumbled feta
cheese, Greek yogurt or ricotta, 1 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil, lemon juice, and optional garlic.
2. Blend until smooth. Process the mixture for several minutes, scraping down the sides as needed, until it is completely smooth and creamy.
3. Assemble and serve. Spread the whipped feta onto a serving platter. Drizzle generously with Habanero Infused olive oil. Garnish with fresh herbs, honey or chopped chilies (if desired).
