Chili-Rubbed Pork Chops
6 Servings | 45 minutes
INGREDIENTS
- 6 (4 ounce, ¼ inch thick) bone-in-center-cut pork chops
- 3 tbsp Garlic Infused Olive Oil
- if you want extra garlic flavor: 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 1 ½ tsp kosher salt
- 1 tsp sweet paprika
- 1 tsp dried oregano
DIRECTIONS
- Prepare a grill for direct over medium heat high (450 F). Lay the pork chops on a baking sheet in an even layer.
- In a small bowl, stir together the olive oil, garlic, chili powder, salt, paprika, and oregano to form a paste.
- Spread the paste evenly over both sides of the pork chops. Set aside at room temperature for up to 30 minutes.
- Grill the pork chops with the lid closed until nicely grill-marked on one side (2-3 minutes). Turn and cook 1-2 minutes longer, until cooked through but still juicy.
- Transfer to a platter and let rest for a few minutes.
- Serve with your choice of sauce or salsa.
